Showers are very relaxing but also expensive. Try cutting down on your shower time by doing a few simple tricks:
1) Time yourself: See how long it takes you to shower. A man should be able to wash himself effectively in around 3-5 minutes and 5-7 minutes for a girl(these are rough figures). Personally I take roughly two minutes because I have very short hair and I’m always in a hurry.
2) Take Colder showers: You’ve got to love those nice hot showers in the morning. Yes they are relaxing but they’re costly. Taking colder showers will force you to move quicker and thus shave off many minutes from your shower time.
3) Turn Off the Water When Lathering: The water doesn’t have to be on when you’re applying shampoo to your hair and soap to your body.
4) Stop Dreaming: Try to just get in, clean yourself and get out.
5) Limit yourself to a song or two: Find a couple of songs that you like and shower to them every morning. When the song(s) is/are over, so is your shower time.
